Wedding Story Exercise

Write a three-page, double-spaced paper about weddings, consisting of the following elements.
The first page is a story about a wedding you conducted or one you witnessed firsthand. Be sure to emphasize what the central truth is you want to be communicated in this story. How might it assist you in leading a wedding that you would conduct in the future?
The final two pages of the paper address the major scriptural themes on weddings discussed above. Be able to relate your wedding story to your own theological understanding of Christian marriage. How can it assist you in preparing for and leading a Wedding Ceremony as a specific worship event? What order/form/style will the wedding ceremony consist of?

The story should not be in the form of the biblical narrative time frame but more of a story that could be understood in this day and time that connects with our current cultural context.
