Remove plagarisam and should be apa format

I gave someone to do answer my  questions, but i got low grade and plagiarism.

I do have one more chance to submit, so can you remove plagiarisam and shold be APA Format.

I am uploading TEXTBOOK and i mentioned questions top on the 1st page every document. can you check
