Describe the impact of the shift in 1947 in Federal Law and States Rights impact on Religious Freedom and Chaplaincy. Be sure to mention and identify the subtle shift from States rights to Federal rights as they impact chaplaincy. Address the following:

Free Exercise of Religion and Conscience
Non-Establishment of Religion
Faith Freedom and the Frontier

Be sure to address the overriding applications to the Navy, Air Force, and Space Force Chaplaincies as well.
