Leaders have the ability to socially influence their followers to maintain ethical behavior in an organization. The employees’ ethical behavior in an organization can be natured by having ethical leaders who demonstrate ethical leadership. This promotes a high level of integrity, therefore stimulating a sense of trustworthiness, which encourages their subordinate to emulate them. In the long run,organization’s culture and employee’s behavior and values are promoted to higher levels of ethical behaviors.
