Object tracking using sensor networks

The technology of using sensor networks to monitor events utilizes the distributed nature given by those tiny and low powered devices. Using more sensors to monitor events is more effective than use of single sensors. This kind of sensing is usually done through a set of algorithm for tracking moving objects in an atmosphere with many sensing devices deployed. This technology is applied in military among other sectors.
